It seems that the Australian festival scene is representing some very good hooliganism with Jaydos and his boys. There’s a huge amount of satire and reminds of what not to do by him doing the ever living fuck out of it. It was remarked to me that it’s kind of amazing how much work went into this. The script is complete and obscene while being entertaining as all hell. It involves a llama, I’m not kidding. It reminds very vaguely of Hunter S. Thompson’s discussion of The Kentucky Derby (full text for anyone who hasn’t enjoyed this thoroughly). This kid’s pretty smart and I’ll be checking out the rest of his work.
